How to turn a house into a hunting lodge? That was the question Amanda posed to us with her initial style brief for her Husbands surprise 50th Birthday bash. Needless to say we jumped at the idea and ran full force with it, clearing out all the existing furniture, curtains and lighting. We filled the space with heady wood tones, a sprawling ramble of eucalyptus, pine, berries and antlers lined the central tablescape, and cosy whiskey nooks were created for later in the evening.
